no charge: (by appointment, or walk-in, depending on staff availability)	Showroom Consultation: An initial meeting in the showroom with a designer to educate you on products and services available from Kitchens by Stephanie, Ltd. If you are building a new home and have blueprints, will we will gladly review them with you.
$300: for projects located within 75 miles of our showroom.	Home Consultation: A home visit to explore the possibilities for your remodeling project and provide "ball park pricing" for the work to be done. It does not include preparation of plans, specifications or a proposal.
$600 per room: Baths less than 50 sq ft and kitchens or other rooms less than 144 sq ft. $1,000 per room: Baths greater than 50 sq ft and kitchens or other rooms greater than 100 sq ft. $3,000: Three to five rooms in a residential dwelling.	Design Preparation: A process which includes a needs analysis, job measure or plan take-off, and the development of conceptual floor plan for a specified area (kitchen, master bath, library, entertainment center, etc.) This process enables the designer to present you with a proposal for your project which includes preliminary pricing, specifications, and perspective drawings. Floor plans and elevations are available for review in the showroom only.
10% deposit required	Early Release of Plans: When the size, scope, or duration of your project makes it essential for you to have a set of room construction plans (which will be marked "Not For Installation") well in advance for your need for cabinetry, your deposit can be made in two payments. A non-refundable 10% deposit will allow us to provide those plans. The 40% balance must be paid before we can release your cabinet order for production at which time a final cabinet installation plan must be signed. Note: Construction plans and specifications are only provided for products purchased through Kitchens by Stephanie, Ltd.
50% deposit required	Purchasing Your Project: To purchase your project requires a 50% deposit. At this point in time, all decisions should have been made (or allowance accounts established), enabling Kitchens by Stephanie, Ltd., to prepare final cabinetry installation plans, detailed specifications, and a contractual agreement. Once all documents are signed, your cabinet order will be placed into production.

It is understood that Kitchens by Stephanie, Ltd., retains exclusive ownership to the copyrighted floor plans, elevations, technical drawings, perspectives, and any other plans related to the installation of cabinets, and/or your remodeling project. Plans are licensed to you, not "sold." Use of these plans is protected by the U.S. copyright laws. These laws apply to you, your builder, your remodeler or any other agent acting on your behalf.
